Heidi Diamond

Heidi Diamond is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, an MBA in Business Administration from Baruch College, and also studied Spanish Literature at New York University.

Heidi has been involved in various organizations and roles throughout her career. Currently, she serves as an Educational Consultant at Diamond Capture Group. Previously, she held positions such as Dean, Business and Technology at the College of San Mateo, Interim Dean, Business and Technology at the College of San Mateo, Dean, Business, Design and Workforce at Cañada College, and Business Division Chair at West Valley College.

In addition, Heidi has also worked as a Project Director for the SB 70 Workforce Innovation Partnership Grant at West Valley College, Faculty Accreditation Liaison, Chair of Business Administration & Real Estate, and Faculty Member at West Valley College. Her teaching experience extends to institutions like Masters Institute, Berkeley College, and West Valley College.

Heidi Diamond has further enriched her professional background through roles in the healthcare sector, where she served as an Employee Relations Manager at St. Vincent's Hospital and also held positions such as Contract Administrator at Doctors Council S.E.I.U., Employee Relations Assistant at VA Medical Center, and Labor Relations Representative at NYS Nurses Association.
