He has an extensive background in celebrity sponsorship deals, music productions, marketing campaign development, and brand management. As the Business Affairs and CMO of StadiumGO Investment since 2020, Mota has been involved in sports investment. Mota founded KAL911, a marketing entertainment agency in 2016, and was the owner/partner of an audio design company, H.A.M.nyc since 2015. Mota's career highlights include strategic development, using celebrities for Spotify launching campaigns in Brazil in 2014, UFC broadcast negotiation with Rede Globo in Brazil, and producing Seu Jorge's Almaz concert with meet and greet at Pale House in LA in 2010.
