Heather Vinson

Heather Vinson began her insurance career in 1998, working with Gray Insurance Group and later HMS Insurance Associates, specializing in personal lines sales and service in Maryland.

Transitioning to Marsh USA, Inc in New York City, she managed high net worth personal lines accounts exceeding $50,000 annually, focusing on new business generation and expanding the practice for the Northeast Region.

In 2008, Heather moved to Lane McVicker, LLC, later acquired by NFP, a national personal lines insurance agency. There, she provided property & casualty products to affluent clients, including executives, entertainers, and philanthropic families.

Currently, Heather holds a crucial role within NFP P&C Private Client Group, leading a collaborative personal lines insurance initiative between NFP and Lenox Advisors, delivering insurance advisory services to Lenox Advisors and their clients.
