Heather Rakauskas is a prominent figure in the field of early childhood education, with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue University. Heather has worked as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, and administrator. She is currently the Executive Director of the Early Learning Alliance Network, where she leads a team of educators who support early childhood programs in their efforts to provide high-quality education for young children. Heather is passionate about creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children and empowering educators to be the best they can be. Her expertise in the field has earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of the "40 Under 40" leaders in early childhood education by Child Care Exchange Magazine.
