Heather L. George is a seasoned professional in instructional design specializing in adult education and training. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a focus on Human Services from Concordia University - St. Paul. She also pursued studies at Luther College and furthered her education in Teacher Education at Concordia University - St. Paul.

Heather has an extensive professional background, having held key roles in various organizations. She served as the Lead Instructional Designer at Memorial Blood Centers, where she played a pivotal role in designing and developing effective training programs. Prior to this, Heather was the Head of Instructional Technology and an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University, St. Paul, where she contributed to the academic and professional growth of students.

Before her tenure at Concordia University, Heather excelled in multiple roles at the University of Minnesota. She took on the responsibilities of a Community Relations Specialist, Clinical Skills Instructor, Senior Veterinary Nurse, and Systems Analyst, showcasing her versatility and expertise in different domains. Additionally, Heather gained valuable experience as a Client Service Coordinator and Veterinary Nurse at Vet Smart, honing her skills in client relations and patient care.
