Heather Wickman

Heather Hanson Wickman, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with a strong background in HRD, organizational systems, and HRIR.

She pursued her education at the University of Minnesota where she studied BS in HRD and obtained her MA in HRIR. Additionally, she furthered her studies with a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University.

Heather has held various key roles in reputable organizations, showcasing her expertise in talent development, organizational strategy, and human capital management. She co-founded Untethered Consulting, a prominent consulting firm.

Her career highlights include serving as Senior Director of Talent and Organization Development, Director of Human Capital Strategy, Organizational Development Manager, and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, The Permanente Federation. Prior to that, she also contributed as a Leadership & Org. Consultant at Sanford Health and as a Project Manager at the University of Minnesota.
