Heather Glazer

Heather Glazer is an accomplished human resources professional with a passion for improving employee experience and driving organizational growth. She holds a Master of Education in Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Liberal Studies from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.

Heather has worked in a variety of HR roles over the years, including as the Human Resources Director at Putnam Associates and as the Associate Director of People Partner at Bluebird Bio. Prior to these positions, she served as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Lead, and Human Resources Generalist at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was responsible for managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation.

In addition to her corporate HR experience, Heather also has experience in staffing and higher education. She has worked as a Senior Staffing Associate at Achieveforum, a Staffing Associate at Kennison & Associates, and as a Resident Director at Salem State University.

Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a talent for building strong relationships with employees at all levels of an organization. Her expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement has helped drive success for the companies she has worked for.
