Heather Esper

Heather Esper is an expert in working with companies in low- and middle-income countries, focusing on identifying, measuring, tracking, and analyzing economic, social, and environmental impacts to enhance value for both the company and stakeholders.
With a background in Impact Assessment, Survey Methodology, Evaluation, and Adaptive Management, Heather has a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Behavior Health Education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Global Health from the University of Michigan.
Currently serving as the Director of Performance Measurement and Improvement at the William Davidson Institute, Heather has previously held roles as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator at the Vietnam National Institute of Nutrition.
