Heath Ducker is a lived experience advocate known for his inspiring journey out of disadvantage and abuse, prominently featured on Australian Story. Alongside his advocacy work, he has held various prominent roles such as a Lawyer at a leading Australian law firm, Advisor to the NSW Attorney General, and transformative CEO of 'Youth Insearch'.

Heath's leadership at 'Youth Insearch' saw remarkable success, reengaging stakeholders, boosting revenues by 225%, and achieving an impressive 92% employee engagement rate, surpassing industry averages. His efforts were recognized with the Best Workplace award in 2019.

Recipient of prestigious awards like the Davos Australian Leadership Award and being listed as one of Australia's Top 50 Emerging Leaders, Heath has made significant contributions in advocacy and social justice. He is also a seasoned public speaker and a strong advocate for positive change.
