Hayden Williams

Hayden Williams is a Partner at BrandProject LP, a New York-based venture capital firm that invests in and supports early-stage consumer brands. He joined BrandProject in February 2019 and focuses on new deal flow from sourcing to investment execution.12

Prior to BrandProject, Hayden was a Principal at BBG Ventures, an early-stage VC fund backing consumer internet and mobile startups with at least one female founder.24 He co-founded Treatings, a mobile app that helped people create professional and creative relationships.2 Hayden started his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.2

At BrandProject, Hayden has led first rounds of investment in brands like Freshly (acquired by Nestle for $1.5B) and Persona (acquired).2 He currently serves as a Board Observer for Guaranteed, The Gleamery, and Peachy.2

Hayden graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Corporate Strategy.23 Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, playing tennis, and listening to podcasts.1
