Dr. Hassaan Tohid is a celebrated entrepreneur, academic, and clinician with extensive experience in addiction treatment, neuroscience, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from Sindh Medical College and is Board Certified in Addiction Counseling. Dr. Tohid is the founder of the California Institute of Behavioral Neurosciences and Psychology and Institute of Addiction Treatment in California. He has delivered two TEDx talks on Mirror Neurons and Dissociative Identity Disorder, respectively, and has published over 60 scientific articles and three books.
As an entrepreneur and CEO, Dr. Tohid mentors and trains individuals in public speaking, research, writing and analysis, life coaching, and sales. He is also a trainer, teacher, and coach at the California Institute of Behavioral Neurosciences and Psychology. As an academic, he has taught neuroscience and psychiatry at FirstAid/USMLE Rx, and as a consultant, he has worked with the Center for Applied Social Neuroscience.
Dr. Tohid currently resides in California and is a HIPAA Certificate holder from the University of California, Los Angeles.
