Harry James Carpenter is a multi-disciplinary engineer and researcher who recently completed his PhD at the University of Adelaide.12 His research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and continuum mechanics, particularly in creating advanced computer simulations for identifying vulnerable arterial plaques.1
Carpenter is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), where he works in the Vascular Research Centre.12 He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Corcillum Systems Pty Ltd, a company that translates his research into automated, real-time analytics for cardiac catheterization laboratories.1
