Harry Berezin

Harry Berezin is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, counsel, and research. With a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania, he has demonstrated a tireless drive for excellence in his studies.

Throughout his career, Harry has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Legal & Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer, and Deputy General Counsel at Bloom Farms™. He has also worked as an Associate at Remcho Johansen & Purcell, LLP, a Law Clerk at Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP, and a Legal Intern and Assistant to General Counsel at Sosnick Cobbe Sports. Harry's previous work also includes serving as a Summer Extern at The Honorable Charles R. Breyer, U.S District Judge for the Northern District of California, and a Constituent Services Representative at the Office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.
