Hariharan Sriram

Hariharan Sriram is a skilled leader with diverse sectoral experience, having worked with industry leaders such as McKinsey, Uber, and ITC across different countries. With a focus on growth strategy, business transformation, and logistics, he is adept at leading multicultural and cross-functional teams. Hariharan has a proven track record in stakeholder management, project management, business analysis, and problem solving.

He studied at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where he obtained a master's degree in International Affairs. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where he ranked amongst the top percentile of students in CAT 2008. He finished his B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy.

Hariharan has worked in various organizations such as AWS, Uber, McKinsey & Company, Asia Initiatives, ITC Limited, Swaniti Initiative, and Slum Soccer. He also served as a summer intern at All India Trinamool Congress, J.P. Morgan, and was a software engineer at OnMobile.
