Haowei Yuan

Haowei Yuan, a Ph.D. graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, is a rising star in the field of computer science. With years of academic and industry experiences, he has developed a diverse background in software engineering, research, and development. Haowei holds two Bachelor's degrees, one from Southwest Jiaotong University and the other from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Haowei currently works as a research scientist at Facebook, where he is aiding in the exploration and creation of new technology. Prior to Facebook, Haowei served as a Software Engineer and a Traffic Team specialist at Dropbox. Additionally, he has served as a research intern at Cisco, in which he developed his capability to work in a team environment while contributing to important projects. Haowei also worked as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis during his Ph.D. program, broadening his expertise and knowledge base in computer science.

Haowei's interests include deep learning, cloud computing, and distributed systems. Through his past experiences, he has demonstrated his ability to be innovative, adapt to changes and challenges, and be a valuable team member. By continuously expanding his knowledge and skillset, he is destined for continued success in his career.
