Hans van Mens

Hans van Mens is an experienced lawyer specializing in labor law and currently works as an Advocaat-Partner at AKD N.V. since 2006, leading the labor law practice in South Netherlands.

With a clientele mainly comprising businesses and institutions such as healthcare, education, and housing operating in the innovative and growing (South) Netherlands region, Hans focuses on aspects like labor market flexibility, executive compensations, mergers, reorganizations, business transfers, and disputes related to competition clauses and statutory directorships.
