Hannah Rapp

Hannah Rapp is a dedicated individual committed to ensuring high-quality, empowering, and accessible healthcare for all individuals.

She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Systems and Policy from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Scripps College.

Hannah has held various roles in different organizations including Director of Healthy Aging programs at Health Commons Project, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Intern at Valley Medical Center, and Graduate Teaching Assistant in Pharmacoepidemiology and Health Systems and Policy at University of Washington School of Public Health.

She has also been a Floyd Jones Fellow in Health Policy at the Economic Opportunity Institute, Graduate Research Assistant at University of Washington School of Public Health, and held positions such as Depression Care Navigator at UCSF Medical Center, Team Lead at CareMessage, Account Manager at CareMessage, Associate Producer and Sales Associate at Health 2.0, and Peer Health Educator at Health Education Outreach.
