Currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design (ID) at symplr, she excels in implementing adult learning theory, curriculum development, learning technologies, and process improvement to oversee successful learning & development initiatives. With over 9 years of experience in healthcare services and technology, she leads the ID team members to support both the organization and its clients. Hanna began her career in information technology consulting at Cognizant, working on Quality Assurance and Consulting projects. She then transitioned to product training and resource management, where she handled data for resource allocation and developed process documentation. Progressing to TriZetto Corporation, she specialized as a senior instructional designer for healthcare applications before joining symplr.
