Hank Gracin

Hank Gracin is a highly accomplished corporate and securities attorney with extensive experience in representing top financial institutions and tech corporations.

Mr. Gracin's career kicked off at Sullivan & Cromwell, working with notable clients such as Goldman Sachs, Kidder Peabody, and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

With a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, Mr. Gracin has a stellar track record of handling legal matters involving intellectual property protection, mergers, and acquisitions.

During his time as in-house counsel at Computer Associates International, Inc., he played a pivotal role in negotiating over 50 acquisitions within the IT industry.

A published author and recognized legal expert, Mr. Gracin's contributions have been featured in the New York Law Journal and he has been listed in New York (Metro) SuperLawyers and Who's Who in America.

His specialties include corporate finance, securities, and business law, with a focus on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and other financial transactions.

Currently serving as a partner at Gracin & Marlow, LLP, Mr. Gracin's professional background also includes roles at Lehman & Eilen LLP, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Outside of his legal endeavors, Mr. Gracin has been actively involved in community service as a former board member at Temple Beth David.
