• Chief staff contact for Boards of Directors of national and provincial associations (board and committee support, member services, management of operations, programs and events). 
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation as well as governance and operational framework.
• Design and evaluation of internal processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and policy directives. 
• Program and project management, including development, implementation, marketing and evaluation of short- and long-term plans.
• Management of educational programs, including development, accreditation, implementation, marketing and evaluation.
• Event planning, including overseeing all aspects of event management (planning, scheduling, budget development, marketing, on-site management, evaluation); providing leadership, managerial guidance and professional advice to event committees. 
• Management of interdisciplinary teams of staff members, elected leaders and volunteers.
• Management of effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
