Hal Smith is an accomplished professional in the field of education and youth development with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in various prestigious organizations.

Hal's educational journey includes earning a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Community Education and Lifelong Learning, a Master of Education (Ed.M.) in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Africana Studies from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor of Business Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
