Hakan Isik is an experienced User Experience lead with a background in communication design, interaction design, and applied sciences. He has worked with top financial institutions such as HSBC, Citi, Barclays, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading UX teams and developing new UX strategies for complex financial platforms.

Hakan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor in Design from Fh Joanneum and has also studied art and interaction design at Interaction Design Summer School. His professional career includes roles such as Senior User Experience Architect at Citi Ventures, Senior User Experience Consultant and Product Owner at Citi, and User Experience Designer at ING.

Hakan's extensive experience in UX consulting, product ownership, and design has propelled him into the senior leadership of large-scale financial projects, where he has developed expertise in rates, FX, and web applications.
