Hakan Batur is a seasoned data-driven strategist with extensive experience in growth strategy development, operational transformation, and go-to-market design. He has collaborated with cross-functional teams and engaged with C-level executives to develop custom solutions for pressing challenges. Hakan's expertise lies in rigorous data analytics and 360-degree stakeholder management. He has managed teams of 2 to 10 across diverse working models.

Hakan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management and Marketing & Operations. He also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Honors Degree from Bogazici University.

Hakan's professional experience includes serving as Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he fine-tuned his skills in growth strategy, product strategy, competitive analysis, go-to-market design, market entry, analytics, and business operations. He has also worked as Engagement Manager at Value Partners Management Consulting and Assistant Credit Risk Manager at Finansbank.

Outside of work, Hakan loves to travel, watch basketball, and play with his two puppies, Sherlock & Watson.
