Hajo Bausch

Hajo Bausch is a highly accomplished professional in the field of information technology and management. He has held several leadership positions in world-renowned organizations, including CBR Fashion Group, Galeria Kaufhof, and Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. With over two decades of experience, Bausch has established himself as a thought leader in areas such as customer relationship management, global business unit publishing, and digital transformation. He has led large-scale initiatives that have aided organizations in staying ahead of constantly evolving technological changes. Bausch has also been recognized for his ability to balance business goals with technical constraints, bridging gaps and driving organizations towards success.

Bausch began his illustrious career as a Junior consultant at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. He then went on to serve as Assistant to the Chief Information Officer before progressing to Vice President of Customer Relationship Management. He subsequently held the post of Chief Information Officer at Bertelsmann, and later served as President and CEO of Topicalnet Europe. In his most recent role, Bausch leads the IT division as Chief Information Officer and Head of IT at CBR Fashion Group.
