Responsible for IT in GN Store Nord delivering IT services to both business units in GN Store Nord across EMEA, Americas and APAC. 

Areas of responsibilities:

-	Scope appr 40 countries,  appr 250 applications, appr 6,000 internal users.
-	Led a multicultural team of appr 150 IT professionals 
-	Budget of DKK appr 250m.
-	Ensure a stable and robust IT operation according to SLAs.
-	Contract and Vendor management.

Key results
-	Engaged with R&D on digitalizing of products e.g. first ever remote fine-tuning of hearing aids.
-	Proposed, planned and implemented merger of IT in Hearing and Jabra.
-	Significantly strengthened digital capabilities in GN by established digital in team
-	Rolled-out Microsoft AX ERP in head office and Otometrics business unit, and factory in Malaysia.

GN Store Nord

Group Chief Information Officer

Responsible for IT in GN ReSound delivering IT services in EMEA, Americas and APAC. Focus on enabling the corporate growth objective through innovative and cost-effective use of IT. Spent a year transforming IT creating a global professional service organization delivering stable, reliable and cost efficient infrastructure and application services. This included rolling out ServiceNow (in only 5 months) to facilitate the transformation.

IT Operations held in-house with majority of Data Center resources located in China. Responsible for the IT operation in 25 countries worldwide. Leading a multicultural team of 110+ skilled IT professionals located across multiple countries.

Among the key priorities was a global implementation of AX linked to complete rebuild of SAP for financial reporting.

Responsible for the IT operations in 90+ countries worldwide. Delivering stable, reliable and cost efficient infrastructure and application services. This includes leading a multicultural team of 140 IT professionals located in multiple countries.

Key results:
-	Developed Damco’s IT strategy supporting the OneDamco business strategy
-	As interim CIO instrumental merging regional IT into one global IT organization
-	Carved out SAP/R3 from Maersk Line, adjusting it to fit Damco’s need
