Haikal Lim is a multi-disciplinary creative with 15 years of advertising and marketing experience, specializing in user-experience (UX) methodology.

With a background as a Creative Group Head at BBDO/Proximity Singapore, Haikal gained global exposure in brand building and strategy development, honing leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

His entrepreneurial journey involved founding a below-the-line advertising agency, offering unique insights into business management and enhancing problem-solving abilities through resourcefulness and innovation.

Haikal's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, supplemented by specialized studies in User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly.

Currently serving as the Head Of User Experience at Sephora SEA, Haikal has held various senior positions within the organization, showcasing his expertise in UX design.

With a diverse professional history spanning roles such as Junior Web Designer at Singapore Press Holdings and Product Engineer at Agilent Technologies, Haikal brings a wealth of experience and skills to his current role.
