Currently a Partner at the White & Case Belux transaction team, she leads the Luxembourg Desk, specializing in M&A, restructuring, corporate, banking, and regulatory matters. With a background in public affairs, regulatory, and legal aspects of financial services, Habiba has extensive expertise in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Governance, Regulatory Advisory, Commercial Negotiation, Funds Structuring, International Law, Risk & Compliance, and litigation. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2001 and is bilingual in French and English.
