Gwen Snider

Gwen Snider is a dedicated program manager who has spent over a decade guiding underrepresented and diverse youth throughout college by supporting them in their development and future careers. Having faced her own challenges during her post-graduate years, Snider has committed herself to connecting with her students authentically and understanding their unique stories in order to explore their values, personal aspirations, and career goals. With an M.A. in International & Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in English Language and Literature, General from the University of California, Berkeley, she has the educational experience needed to create substantial impact as a Career Success Manager at 10,000 Degrees. Snider believes that developing and implementing initiatives in DEI/DIBs is the best path forward, and continues to use her skills to bring diversity, equality, and inclusivity to the educational field.
