    Ruth Molina is a highly experienced and accomplished director in the realm of Higher Education. She currently serves as the Director of the New England Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (NE HERC), overseeing partnership development, member events, technology and vendor relations as well as executing New England HERC's annual diversity conference. Prior to this, Ruth served as the Recruitment Manager at Bridgewater State University, overseeing recruitment of faculty and staff, expanding diversity initiatives, and fostering vendor relationships. With a background in admissions at both the undergraduate and graduate level, Ruth has also taught Photography as an Adjunct Faculty at the Art Institute of Boston/Lesley University. Committed to advancing institutional practices that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and dual-career couples, Ruth is an advisory member to the Business Council for Work Without Limits (WWL) and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). Notably, Hers is an alumn of The Partnership, Inc., Next Generation Executive (NGE) Program, Class 2018. She holds a B.F.A. from the Art Institute of Boston/Lesley University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) from Bridgewater State University.
