- Built enterprise team of 30 staff in 18 months while developing and execute aggressive, two-year plan to deliver measurable value through data and analytics products (indirect revenue contribution of >$100M.)
- Developed first centralized Data Governance team, with focus on data rights, compliance, quality, GDPR/PII management, and stewardship of all data types.
- Created first automated data factory, enabling company to acquire data from various sources (internal/external) and manage process of ingestion to lake through vending (internal/external).
- Developed first central External Data sourcing team to deliver 40 new robust data sources and unlock catalytic data use across the organization - while saving over $20M in yearly spend.

Leader/CDO Connected Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytic Productization

Guided assessment and re-engineering of core data supply chain, from acquisition through vending, for this innovative healthcare software and analytics company.  Participated in securing $43-million Series D round, with Goldman Sachs as lead investor.  Implemented new analytic and BI capabilities, increasing visibility to processes and inventory of data.  Extended tools to internal and external customers, supplementing product and analytic capabilities.   Operated as member of strategic advisory board, participating in development and coordination of strategic direction of product, customer, and data organizations.

(Company Formerly Cortera, Inc.) Key executive in designing and launching patent-pending customer portfolio risk scoring and monitoring products (this product was created via a unique paid data-sharing consortium, delivering unprecedented insights/analytics and rapidly grew new subscription model to 3,500 customers). AVP North American Data Partnerships and Re-Engineering

Spearheaded key initiatives to acquire data assets which enabled new risk offerings in emerging markets while increasing revenue in mature markets.  Delivered an unprecedented 30% increase in credit risk data through new partnerships, data sources, and leading/motivating 24 in-market teams.

Designed innovative credit risk and marketing products in Japan and India, working with local market partners and major customers (co-branded program with Dell Computer).  Launch was a critical step towards developing data assets that would result in a competitive advantage in these important markets.  Actions resulted in additional revenue of $25+ million in the 18 months.
