►	Developed innovative marketplace application and SIM card technology solution to enable roamers to enjoy local prices whilst travelling.  Achieved £400k of sales ahead of product release and created joint ventures with over 20 International SIM providers.
►	Delivered 80% global coverage in 43 countries via creative social media strategy. 
►	Introduced Six Sigma to systematically reduce waste, increasing product development cycle time by 300%.  Maintained performance via rigorous continuous improvement.
►	Developed and executed vision for business growth, defining company strategy, policies and practices.  Recruited senior team to mobilise and deliver vision.
►	Standardised and enhanced service provider support to create a network of contingency arrangements to ensure 100% uninterrupted service to customers; enhanced back-end administration systems to increase efficiency of customer support.

Safer Community Living Ltd. is working to make our communities safer by simplifying the complaint process that good citizens have to go through in order to prevent perpetrators from violating the law.   Safer Community Living’s  philosophy is based on two guiding principles: Most people are good and want to live in a positive environment, The majority of perpetrators are aware that their actions are wrong but don’t think they are going to get caught! 
Safer Community Living is empowering citizens by greatly increasing the spread of capturing systems so perpetrators should assume that they will be caught and prosecuted for their actions. 
Nirsham is the first Safer Community Living product. Citizens downloading this free application to their smartphone can photograph perpetrators of offensive acts on the road. A simple press of a button automatically sends these images to the appropriate authorities for prosecution, by-passing the usual bureaucracy and hardship associated with reporting offenders.  

As the CEO and founder of this mobile application startup company most of my time goes to 
1. Pushing a product from idea inception to reality
2. Raising operational funds
3. Selling services to large fleet managers and municipalities 
4. And everything else!

I was responsible for managing £170m high yield capital portfolio for large scale project delivery.  I had a diverse portfolio of projects including: land works, damns, power plant and evaporation units etc.  My team size was c. 200 people.

I founded, managed and sold OptimizeIT to BOSC in 2007.  After the sale, I assumed the role of International Sales & Marketing.  OptimizeIT provided innovative techniques for managing software licences based on usage/allocation. BOS provides RFID technology solutions.
►	Sold £600k universal business solutions to five large client groups, achieving 10% conversion rates and 110% of sales target. Increased sales of inactive leads by 40%.
►	Established software development team, developed product technology specification, and generated sales pipeline via rigorous sales leads prioritisation process.
►	Created value proposition by providing bespoke software solution, tailored to customer needs; marketed product via online blogs and webinars to increase brand awareness.
►	Adapted and developed competencies in various roles as start-up CEO (legal, accounting, marketing, sales, and equity investment). Led 500 delegate conference.
