Gustavo Alvarenga has a diverse background starting from operational levels of Contact Centers, enabling him to successfully implement global practices in Contact Centers. He holds a Registered Coordinator role for COPC-2000 standards in versions 4.0, 4.1, 5.1, and 6.2 COPC CX, along with an international Workforce Management certification. Alvarenga has worked with industry professionals in sectors like Insurance, Construction, and Telecommunications/BPO, focusing on customer experience metrics, training program design, and setting up successful collections centers. He actively participated in the merger process of two multinational companies and currently offers consultancy for contact centers. Alvarenga is proficient in Excel and conducts regular training sessions for individuals and businesses. Additionally, he pursued an Engineer's degree in Comercial Engineering at UTCD and studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidad Catolica de Asuncion.
