Dr. Suer had an extensive academic background, earning his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University in 1989.1 Before joining Ohio University, he worked for 12 years at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez.1
