Gunjan Sud

Gunjan Sud is the Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bain & Company.1 She has dedicated her career to advancing social equity and driving impactful change. Born in India, Sud moved to the United States at the age of six, which shaped her perspective on diversity and inclusion.1

Career Path

• Started at Bain & Company as an associate consultant in 20091

Personal Background

Sud's experiences as an immigrant influenced her career choices. She observed the challenges her parents faced as immigrant workers and recognized the opportunity gap in society. This understanding led her to pursue a career with a social mission.1

In her role at Bain, Sud works with functional and expert client delivery teams to:

• Help teams meet their DEI ambitions
• Develop programming like inclusion training and mentorship offerings1
