Leading the Business Insight Team & reporting to Head of Oncology/ Head of Business Excellence and Transformation
•	Responsible for raising the voice of the customer/patients in different management forums.
•	Coordinate & developing market research proposals (international and local scope), management of proposal with agencies (from briefing until selection), evaluation, interpretation and presentation of the results with strategic insights to marketing and sales teams. 
•	Foster the market knowledge, competitive mindset & patient centric vision through actionable insights and accurate market information to reduce the risk in decision-making

Business Insight Manager

•	Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the market research plan of ONCOLOGY (Ovarian, Breast, Lung & Bladder tumors).
•	Developing market research proposals (international and local scope), management of proposal with agencies (from briefing until selection), evaluation, interpretation and presentation of the results with strategic insights to marketing and sales teams. 
•	Developing local sales reports to marketing, sales and company management teams.
•	Collaborate in the training of the sales representatives.

Senior Market Research & Insights Analyst

•	Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the market research plan of ONCOLOGY, RESPIRATORY, INMUNOLOGY and CARDIOVASCULAR therapeutical areas (Primary and Specialty care).
•	Developing market research proposals (international and local scope), management of proposal with agencies (from briefing until selection), evaluation, interpretation and presentation of the results with strategic insights to marketing and sales teams. 
•	Developing local sales reports to marketing, sales and company management teams.
•	Collaborate in the training of the sales representatives.

Market Research & Insights Analyst

•	Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the market research plan of CARDIOVASCULAR, DIABETES (AZ/BMS Alliance), RESPIRATORY, GASTROINTESTINAL and INFECTIOUS therapeutical areas (Primary and Specialty care).
•	Developing market research proposals (international and local scope), management of proposal with agencies (from briefing until selection), evaluation, interpretation and presentation of the results with strategic recommendations to marketing and sales teams. 
•	Developing local sales reports to marketing, sales and company management teams.
•	Collaborate in the training of the sales representatives.

Marketing Excellence Analyst

•	Responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the market research plan of OSTEOPOROSIS, OBESITY, and FLU therapeutical areas (primary care).
•	Developing  market research proposals (international and local scope), management of proposal with agencies (from briefing until selection), evaluation, interpretation and presentation of the results with strategic recommendations to marketing and sales teams. 
•	Developing local sales reports to marketing, sales and company management teams
•	 Responsible for the Rheumatologists segmentation tool maintenance: follow-up,  incidents management and updating.
•	Responsible for the communications with AIMFA (Spanish market research and marketing pharmaceutical association).
