Guillaume Chabot-Couture is a distinguished scientist, researcher, and leader with over 17 years of experience in advanced technology, data science, complex simulations, and global health programs. He has a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and a B.Sc. in Physics from Université Laval.
As the Deputy Director of Research Programs at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Institute for Disease Modeling, Chabot-Couture leads a multidisciplinary team of 34 experts in statistical analysis, economics, epidemiology, and machine learning to inform strategic decisions and investments for various global health programs. He is passionate about driving lasting positive impact by deepening his understanding of health problems.
