Guido Keutgen

Guido Keutgen is a technical expert in civil engineering, with a Msc in Business. He has worked in various fields including recruitment, marketing, management consultancy, and oil & gas. He has also been involved in environmental consultancy, banking and insurance, and facility services. His expertise lies in hotel development, soft skills, sustainability projects, business development, business modeling, business consultancy, personal development, and spirit @ work. He has successfully launched a budget short stay hotel formula 'The Budget Hotel', doubling the capacity in 2019. His goals include rolling out The Budget Hotel formula both nationally and internationally, meeting the demand in temporary and flexible stay for international students and (young) professionals for the booming Dutch economy, both white and blue colar. He is also interested in student housing and international student facilitating. Guido has a wealth of experience and involvement in organizations such as Belvilla, Soft Skills Academie, Art-Wall, and BeJolly. He has previously served as business initiator & development manager at I, as well as managing partner at PearlPeople international.
