Greg Moran, CEO and President of OutMatch, is an accomplished entrepreneur and an expert in talent acquisition and HR technology. With two successful startup exits under his belt, he has made it his mission to help organizations achieve no bad hires ever. He has authored two books focused on HR best practices and spoken at various global conferences, sharing his insights on how to align HR practices with both candidates and business results. Greg has also been featured in numerous major business publications. His specialties include recruiting, leadership development, performance management, employment testing and assessment, and recruitment outsourcing, among others.

Greg studied Political Science at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh before venturing into the business world. He has been a member of several organizations, including YPO and the Center for Economic Growth. In 2017, he was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Southwest US.

Outside of work, Greg is a passionate athlete who has successfully completed multiple Ironman triathlons and marathons. He currently resides in Evergreen, Colorado.
