Greg Martin

Greg Martin is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of Milhaus, a real estate development firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has held this position since November 2020, following a decade of experience in various roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Development and Construction Operations.15

In his role as COO, Martin oversees several critical departments, including Development, Construction, Asset Management, IT, and Property Management. His responsibilities encompass ensuring high-quality execution across all operations as Milhaus expands its geographic presence and portfolio. He plays a vital role in providing strategic direction alongside CEO Tadd Miller and manages daily operations from project inception through to recapitalization or sale.136

Martin has extensive experience in real estate, having led the development and construction of mixed-use projects totaling over $900 million across the Midwest, Texas, and Florida. His expertise includes development underwriting and construction management, which enables Milhaus to consistently meet project expectations. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.134

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University.23 In addition to his professional roles, Martin is active in various industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.1
