Greg Feary is the president and a managing partner at Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C., a law firm dedicated solely to the transportation and related industries.245 He concentrates on laws concerning transportation and related industries, including independent contractor issues, legislation, insurance, corporate structure designs, and contract matters.23 He is also a primary contact for mergers and acquisitions due diligence work and advises on corporate structure and risk mitigation issues.23

Education and Admissions: Mr. Feary graduated from Eastern Illinois University (B.A.) and the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis (J.D.).1 He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1988 and is licensed to practice before all Indiana state and federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.13 He is an adjunct Professor of Law at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law.36
