Joe Hawkins is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Ambrose Property Group, a national industrial and e-commerce real estate development firm. Before joining Ambrose in October 2023, Hawkins spent nearly 12 years at Duke Realty, where he held various roles culminating as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in expanding the company's portfolio from 3 million square feet to over 19 million square feet in just six years and completed transactions exceeding $20 billion.12 Following Duke Realty's acquisition by Prologis in 2022, he transitioned to CRG, where he developed a national industrial acquisitions platform.14

Education

Hawkins holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington & Lee University.12
