I have 20 years in the Human capital and talent aquisition industry. Initially training as an executive search consultant, I have provided consultative services for many global blue chip organisations including names such as Microsoft, Vodafone, VMware and Juniper Networks, to name a few. 
I have delivered key human capital around the world, both internally and externally to key areas and helped to streamline processes and create strategies to reduce the internal cost of onboarding. 
In my time in Australia I delivered and built highly effective delivery mechanisms to service major global businesses as well as engaging directly with Microsoft and its ecosystem of partners. My role as part of Microsofts Partner development Centre (PDC) was to engage with the partner and advise on and execute the building of the resources for the business. 
My ability to understand the challenges and then create or adapt a solution has enabled me to consistently deliver results and even delivering key resources myself. 
I have built numerous teams around the world, to great success, and have always improved ratio’s and KPI’s in order to provide a positive outcome for all involved. 
Having worked on all sides in Technology (in-house / consultancy and agency). I have both sold technical understanding  as well as the need for sound commercial business outcomes. I have devised solutions that compliment both.
Understanding that human capital is typically the single biggest expenditure (and challenge) within any business, it is essential to have a firm understanding of the challenges that are faced.

We are a human capital solutions company that helps businesses address the acute challenges that are being faced within the Technology sector. 
Specialising in all leading edge technologies, we assist companies to reduce costs and time to hire, whilst understanding that human capital accounts for over 70% of most businesses operating expenditure, and now more than ever its essential to get this right.
Achievements include:
Build the large mission critical technical teams in Vodafone Germany during largest migration of Billing system. This involved being part of the resource augmentation team. I located and delivered key hires from all over the globe to Germany. 	
•Rolled VMware out across the EMEA. This consisted of working closely with the VP and devising the strategy, building a process and delivering all Country managers, Sales and Pre-sales, as well and inside sales and tech architects across the region. 
•Built several Microsoft partners tech and sales teams out from scratch. This involved extensive stakeholder management and either creating an on-boarding / recruitment plan or reworking/ enhancing existing process.	
•Engaged with major Microsoft partner to rebuild group, delivering over 120 people into the business. Rebuilt the sales team, which included leading the team for 12 month contract, in which time i delivered numerous solutions as well as several major sales, which included full SDLC, stakeholder management, and extensive management to deliver a successful outcome.	
•Built a talent delivery team across Australia for Optus Business Direct. This comprised of all processes and procedures that could be measured at any point in the process. This gave complete visibility of quality and size of pipeline. I constructed the recruitment and on boarding methodology and process to optimise speed and quality.

Business Activity & Key Achievements:
•	Initially established the business in the UK as a Technology recruitment consultancy.
•	Main clients were Vodafone and VMware. Microsoft
•	Recruited for VMware as they rolled out new office across EMEA - building each team from the country manager down, to SE's and inside sales. 
•	In May 2004 approached by the owner of an Australian recruitment agency (now Peoplebank) following a recommendation. The offer was to go to Australia, and set up a search practice within the  group. 
•	Within 4 months of the move personal billings averaged $70,000 per month.
•	Developed the biggest billing team in the country (all new business) the team's average billings per month was $50,000. 
•	Spearheaded the business development activities for the group and secured several major contracts including Optus Business Direct, Ericsson and Accenture.  
•	Committed to fully growing the business; personally developed the Oil & Gas Practice as well as recruitment teams in Construction, Technical, Financial Services and I.T.
•	Clients placed with include Stargate Technologies, Hansen technologies, Bechtel, Laing O'Rourke and Dimension Data.
•	Instructed by Wood Group PSN in a Consultancy capacity to advise on, and implement, a recruitment strategy for the then recently acquired Bond Personnel. This entailed initial “Best in Class” service delivery to both their internal clients (JP Kenny and Mustang Engineering) and external ones such as the downstream and upstream operations of BP and Exxon Mobil. 
•	Secured major nationwide supply contract with SingTel Optus.

Business Activity & Key Achievements:
•	Initially developed the Scandinavian market working in the fixed and mobile networks with emerging technologies such as WAP, GPRS and 3G. 
•	Secured major Telco clients such as T-mobile, Deutsche Telekom and D2 Mannesmann (later D2 Vodafone) and became heavily involved with the supply of key members of the Kias 2000 project, which was the largest of its kind in the world. 
•	Placed more candidates in to the largest billing system project in the EU than Vodafone (client), Amdocs (vendor) and VCG (Vodafone's own consultancy group) combined. 
•	Deemed the most successful consultant in the history of the Humana network (of which ECI was a part). Consistently billing over £40,000 per week in GP – over a sustained three years period – and maintaining an average margin of 25%.
•	Began team leading and mentoring other consultants within the business.
