Recruiting Operations at Robinhood

Lead both the HR Transformation and HR Shared Services teams at Robinhood (8 team members), spanning strategic to high-volume people operations. HR Transformation develops and launches frictionless, scalable and employee-centric processes, driving digital enablement and automation wherever possible. HR Shared Services delivers critically important lifecycle operations to our 2500+ employees, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

Director, HR Transformation & Shared Services

Manage a team of transformation managers & process design leads. Our operations team works cross-functionally to design scalable processes, drive digital enablement & automation, and deliver programs that move metrics. Example initiatives include: M&A integration planning, performance bonus design, headcount management controls, HRIS and service desk optimization, referrals program design, interviewer and hiring manager readiness, career mobility programming, taxonomy and re-org processes, onboarding design, internationalization playbooks, employee engagement and return to work strategy, and experimental D&I programs.

In another year of hyper growth (2,000 to 4,000 employees in 2021), led a team of 9 talented project managers and support specialists who worked cross-functionally to deploy agile and scalable operations with a radical focus on employee experience and continuous improvement.

Project highlights include developing the global business case for leveraging automated and AI-driven HR solutions across a 250,000+ organization, and successfully leading the migration to Salesforce Lightning for 10,000+ users at a leading CRM company.  Additionally, created detailed career paths for an Inside Sales organization, supported the development of an org-wide digital upskilling strategy for a large hardware provider, and led a current state assessment on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for a legacy industrials company.

Partnered with the Director of MBA Career Education to create content for and teach the Parker Career Series, a readiness course designed to optimize students' ability to land their dream job.  Additionally, hosted 50+ individual advising appointments with first-year MBA students.

Owned a portfolio of special projects related to growing digital room revenue and improving the digital guest experience. Project highlights include developing a rationale for standardizing 11 branded websites,  managing a strategic partnership with a leading technology partner to pilot a more 'connected'​ hotel room, and producing the first annual 'Digital Summit' conference.

Manager, Global Digital Strategy

Engaged on 25+ due diligence and corporate strategy projects, advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic initiatives and mid-market investment opportunities in the Consumer, Hospitality and Private Equity sectors. Project highlights include identifying high-value target segments for a luxury US hotel, developing an international sales strategy for a UK potato chip brand, uncovering operational efficiencies for a leading US stationery manufacturer, and executing a large-scale fast food partnership evaluation for a worldwide weight-loss program.
