Greg Banet

Greg Banet is a financial services professional with extensive experience in lending, credit approval, underwriting, and portfolio management. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in the banking sector and improve payment transactions and security.

Greg specializes in underwriting ABL (asset-based lending) transactions across various industries. With a history of managing portfolios for numerous ABL clients, he has handled loans ranging from $5MM to over $3 billion. His expertise lies in deal structuring, credit risk assessment, fostering client relationships, and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Apart from his banking roles, Greg has a diverse consulting background covering industries such as consumer products, technology, energy, and federal government. His functional experience includes business process re-engineering, financial modeling, internal audit, business development, and IT consulting.

Greg completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Information Technology at George Mason University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.

Currently, Greg Banet serves as the Vice President of Underwriting and Portfolio Management at Santander Bank, N.A.
