His educational background includes a Sloan Management degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a BEE in Electronic Engineering from the University of Virginia, studies in Political Leadership from the Sorensen Institute, a DPS in Management, International Business, and Finance from Pace University, and an MSEE in Electronics from Syracuse University.

In terms of his professional experience, Grant Tate has served as a Trusted Advisor and Strategist at MyBridgeOnline (the bridge ltd), President/Owner of Bridgewater Research Group, NL, BV, and held roles as Executive Director and Director of Organization at IBM Corporation.
