Bob Sutton is an influential organizational psychologist, best-selling author, and a professor emeritus at Stanford University, where he has been a faculty member since 1983. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The University of Michigan and has made significant contributions to the fields of leadership, innovation, and workplace dynamics. Sutton is known for his extensive research and has published over 200 articles and several books, including notable works on organizational change and effective leadership.13
