Grant Morgan is an experienced leader with a passion for building effective and practical training & development strategies that drive regional business results. With a degree in Management Information System and Accounting from Winston-Salem State University, Morgan has managed the Sales Training Team while also consulting with sales, marketing, operations, and support services leaders. He has also worked as a Managing Partner of Affordable Benefits Specialist Group where he directly assisted 1100 individual clients and 150 businesses, both small and mid-sized. Morgan's role as Managing Partner included working with the executive director, the professional resources director, practice group leaders, and committees to impact client service, morale, administration, growth and integration of the firm, and the development of professionals and staff.
