Graham Cooley is a distinguished leader in the energy sector with over 30 years of experience in product and technology strategic development. He has been at the forefront of introducing new technologies in power, energy storage, and hydrogen sectors. Cooley is an expert deal-maker with a track record of structuring and closing corporate deals. He has raised over £600m for technology companies from various sources including venture capital, private equity, public investment markets, strategic corporates, and grant bodies. He holds a PhD in Materials Physics from Brunel University London and an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Bradford.

Cooley has been involved in various organizations over the years, including his role as a Strategy Consultant at ITM Power (LSE: ITM.L). He also served as the CEO of ITM Power (LSE: ITM.L), Sensortec, Metalysis, and Antenova.
