Her areas of strength and expertise include leadership, strategic planning and development, media and public relations, problem-solving, project coordination, evaluation, planning, management/administration, and policy analysis.

Grace has demonstrated leadership in building, expanding, and sustaining various organizations, programs, and initiatives across multiple sectors, with a proven background in fundraising, business development, consensus building, and network management.

She is a trained expert in communications, group facilitation, and public speaking.

Grace also possesses a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, project management, and staff development.

Having studied both a B.S and M.S. at the University of Southern California, Grace Weltman has a solid educational background.

She has held key roles such as President & Principal Consultant at Communities-in-Motion, Director of Policy and Planning at Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Program Director at Community Partners, and Founding Executive Director at Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles, among other prestigious positions.

Grace has also contributed her expertise as an Instructor and Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California's School of Policy, Planning, and Development.
