Grace Kim

Grace Kim is a leading figure in social entrepreneurship and organizational strategy, specializing in guiding leadership teams through critical transitional phases to establish sustainable and impactful brands and organizations.

As the founder and CEO of GKC, a renowned strategy and design firm, Grace assists a diverse clientele ranging from multi-billion dollar corporations to startups, non-profits, and family offices in navigating challenging moments like pre-IPO transitions, post-acquisition integration, and strategic realignment.

In addition to her role at GKC, Grace co-founded White Stork, a humanitarian effort established during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Her involvement as the Head of Strategy and board member demonstrates her commitment to social causes and crisis response.
